qbrin Data Deletion Request

This page provides clear instructions on how users and administrators can request the deletion of their accounts and associated workspace data in accordance with Google Play Developer policies.

1. Deletion Policy Overview

At qbrin, we believe in user autonomy over personal and corporate data. If you are an active user of the qbrin mobile app or enterprise web client, you have the right to request the deletion of your account credentials, login history, and personal profile information at any time.

Important for Enterprise Users: Since qbrin accounts are provisioned and managed by your organization (the Data Controller), deleting individual user profile access will not automatically delete the shared organization-wide knowledge indexes, unless specifically requested by your workspace administrator.

2. Steps to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your user account or your organization's entire data workspace:

Method A: Self-Service Deletion (Administrators)

Workspace administrators can permanently wipe all synchronized document indexes, user directories, and integration keys instantly:

  1. Log in to the qbrin Admin Dashboard at app.qbrin.com.
  2. Navigate to SettingsIntegrations & Workspace.
  3. Click Disconnect Workspace & Delete Indexes.
  4. Confirm the security prompt to permanently queue all cached data for deletion.

Method B: Email Request (All Users)

If you are a mobile user and wish to delete your login profile and personal data, send an email request to our privacy and security team:

  • Email: hello@qbrin.com
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request - qbrin
  • Required Details: Please include your full name and the email address associated with your qbrin account.

3. Data Types Kept or Deleted

Upon receiving an account or workspace deletion request, we execute the following actions:

What is Permanently Deleted

  • User Credentials & Profiles: Email, password hash, display name, roles, and profile photo links.
  • Auth Sessions: All active login tokens and device authentication history.
  • Workspace Index Cache: Text chunks, document owner info, semantic graph nodes, and cached items retrieved from integrations.
  • Integration Keys: Encrypted AES-256 OAuth tokens connected to Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, etc.

What is Kept (Unless specified by enterprise SLA)

  • Anonymized Telemetry: Aggregated system-wide usage counts and statistics (de-identified, containing no personal identifiers).
  • Billing & Audit Logs: Record of subscription levels, workspace usage counts, and invoice history for tax and compliance audits.

4. Retention & Processing Timeline

Once initiated or requested:

  • Self-service admin deletions trigger an immediate teardown of active database rows.
  • Standard email account deletion requests are verified and processed within 5 business days.
  • All backup records and server log cache entries are completely purged within a maximum of 30 days.
