Solutions · Support agents
Let an AI answer tickets without opening your whole business.
A support agent needs your help docs and the plan a customer is on. It does not need other customers’ tickets, your finance sheets or your HR files. And when it proposes a refund, qbrin checks the proof before any money moves.
- Refund checks: live
- Source scope: early access
- A receipt for every decision
Scope
Give it the help docs. Not the inbox.
A support agent only has to answer the question in front of it. With qbrin, it asks for sources and gets the ones you named: your help centre and plan details.
What it usually gets.
- The full help desk, with every other customer’s tickets.
- Billing and finance tools, because yes was the easy answer.
- The power to issue a refund with no one looking.
- One shared key that nobody can trace back to the bot.
What this job needs.
- Your help centre and product docs.
- Plan and billing details, so it knows what a customer has.
- No other customers’ tickets, finance sheets or HR files.
- Refunds that wait for a check, and a person for big ones.

How a limit works.
qbrin narrows what passes through qbrin: its own agents, and keys that call qbrin’s MCP or API.
- You pick the sources a job needs. A source you did not name is left out.
- For agents, a preview shows what the limit would have cut from the last 30 days.
- A login that qbrin does not hold is shown as exposure, not hidden.
Check
Check the refund before the money moves.
The AI proposes a refund. qbrin checks the proof it brought, then answers go, hold or ask a person. Try the two cases.
What gets checked.
- Did the proof come from a system you trust, not from the AI’s own say-so?
- Does it match this order and this amount?
- Is it inside your refund rules?
- GoThe proof checks out. The action runs.
API: allow - HoldNot enough proof. It stops and nothing happens.
API: hold - Ask a personThe owner decides. Nothing happens until then.
API: escalate

- Passed: We found the order
- Passed: The amount matches the invoice
- Passed: It is within your refund rules
The public sandbox runs in shadow mode: it shows what would be held and enforces nothing. Try the sandbox
