We aim to respond to all support inquiries within one business day. For active enterprise customers, priority support and faster response commitments are available as part of your plan.

Security is foundational to qbrin. If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please report it to us privately at legal@qbrin.com rather than disclosing it publicly. We investigate every report and will keep you updated on our progress.
